Annette Seeman has exhibited extensively throughout Australia and in South East Asia since 1982. In 1985 she was appointed the Coordinator of Fibre/Textiles, Curtin University and, since 1999, the Coordinator BA Honours Programme at the Curtin University School of Art.

Through her culturally diverse family background, influences of East and West come together in smaller decorative works and diverge with the culture of difference in larger gallery scale installations.
