"After painting full time for eight years, I dedided I had had enough. Enough poverty and introspection. So, rather than the ongoing production of objects for sale, I would provide a service! I packed up my studio. But six months later I found myself crawling around on my front verandah painting minimalist colour fields. I realised I must be an artist, so I unpacked the studio. I continue to paint pictures, which currently refer to yoga and meditation, the Himalayas, the ocean and negotiating work and life in a modern urban city."
