Major General Oshima and Lieutenant Colonel Fukushima on horseback lead Japanese soldiers to the great victory at Pyongyang.

Ginko Adachi worked as a war correspondent and illustrator during the Sino-Japanese War. Besides war prints he produced actor prints. Little is known about his life. He was born under the real name of Adachi Heishichi. Ginko studied, with the Western style painter Goseda Horyu I. Ginko made designs for prints of the Boshin rebellion in 1870
